“It’s brilliant!” is the response I received, when I asked a couple of students what they thought of the pole dance class.

What is it that makes it such fun? Well I suppose it is a mixture of muscular endurance, erotic sensuality and funky RnB music pulsating throughout the studio. Oh, and of course we must not forget Zowie our excellent teacher.

Zowie glides up and down the pole like a monkey up a tree. She knows the pole like the back of her palm. Her teaching is calm controlled and fun. She takes away any inhibitions you may have of the pole, gradually teases you into erotic movements making you feel great and keen for the next lesson!
